A global study for a major tech company measured relevancy and brand health in multiple markets for each quarter.

As the creative lead, I developed a visual system by using their brand colors, hierarchy and chart types to display data-heavy content in a way that is easily digestible and simple ways to identify key takeaways across multiple pages.

A global retailer wanted to understand the customer journey for a particular product.

Partnering with the research team, we developed the journey map to convey areas of opportunities within the journey. This helped the client leverage the insights to improve the customers’ experience with their product.
